By accepting the aywacall Privacy Policy and/or using the Services You consent to the collection, use, sharing and processing of personal information as described herein. You may opt-out at any time to prevent further use of the information shared via the Services.
Data Collection and Storage
· Privacy Policies:
o aywacall gathers some of your personally and non-personally identifiable information:
§ Your name, mobile number: these are required fields of information that you must fill when beginning to use the Application, so we know the basic information about you. It is important to us that our entire Users’ information is correct, accurate, and valid.
§ Get your precise location (GPS and network based): to provide you with accurate results when you are operating location-based services. For example, you cannot share your location with your contacts if you do not permit us to collect your location data from your device.
§ Your IP address; device ID or unique identifier; This information is used to verify that the User device is properly registered and will not be used to identify You personally and will not constitute personal information for the purposes of this Policy. We will, however, use this data for statistics and user support as long as you use the Services.
o Your messages: We do not retain your messages in the ordinary course of providing our Services to you. Instead, your messages are stored on your device and not typically stored on our servers. Once your messages are delivered, they are deleted from our servers. If a message cannot be delivered immediately (for example, if the recipient is offline), we keep it in encrypted form on our servers for up to 30 days as we try to deliver it.
o Contacts: Because our services are all about communicating with friends, we may with your permission collect information from your device’s address book, using a service designed to protect the privacy of your contacts. Information from the contacts on your device may be transmitted to the server just to check (not to store) if they're available in our services in order to determine which of your contacts are aywacall users. You can control the contact upload feature from your device-based settings. If you choose not to use Contact Upload you can still communicate with people who have aywacall but certain functionality will be limited.
o The information you share with aywacall does not share, sell, or trade with any third party.
o Your uploaded information to the profile section of the App will be received and stored by the App until the User changes or deletes such data or terminates the Services.
o Deleting the account: under the user profile you can delete your account forever.
· Permission:
o Upon verification your profile, we confirm with you that you are aware of your profile going public within the aywacall application, and therefore you give us the permission to do so. If you don’t want to give such permission to the application, you can simply revoke the verification action.
· Data Minimization:
o aywacall only request access to data relevant to the core functionality of the app and only collect and use data that is required to accomplish the relevant task.
· Access:
o aywacall respect the user’s permission settings and not attempt to manipulate, trick, or force people to consent to unnecessary data access.
· Account Sign-In:
o You must verify your phone number via SMS in order to register, to successfully register your account, you must have an active SIM card in your device for the phone number you’re registering and a stable internet and cellular connection.
· Personal information:
o Our database content is fully made up of the users that have registered their information and have submitted it to aywacall database.
Data Use and Sharing
· When you verify your mobile number in order to be able to create your profile with the basic information (your name, mobile number, upload your profile picture), we confirm with you that you are aware of your profile going public within the aywacall application, and therefore you give us the permission to do so. If you don’t want to give such permission to the application, you can simply revoke the verification action.
We do not:
· store or share any personal information of contacts from Your address book.
Kids:
· The Services are not directed to children under the relevant age of consent under the laws of their respective jurisdictions. aywacall does not intentionally or knowingly collect personal information through the Services from anyone under that age.
Changes to this Privacy Policy
· aywacall may at any time with or without a separate notice change this Privacy Policy, and You are encouraged to review this Policy from time to time. If You object to any changes, You may uninstall aywacall application and cease using the Services.
